This refined sugar-free blueberry syrup is a healthier addition to your pancakes and waffles. It pairs well with my Nutty Crispy Oatmeal waffles or any dish that needs a little fruity sweetness.

Description

Fruity sweetness and deliciousness are combined in this sugar-free blueberry syrup. It's great with pancakes and waffles, or with any dish that needs a little sweet pick-me-up.

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces frozen blueberries
  • 3 Medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well mixed.

  2. Pour into a saucepan and cook on medium heat until it thickens.

  3. Serve warm. Store leftovers in refrigerator in a covered container for up to two weeks.
