Fruity sweetness and deliciousness are combined in this sugar-free blueberry syrup. It's great with pancakes and waffles, or with any dish that needs a little sweet pick-me-up.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well mixed.
Pour into a saucepan and cook on medium heat until it thickens.
Serve warm. Store leftovers in refrigerator in a covered container for up to two weeks.
