Ingredients
  • 12 ounces broccoli (1 package of frozen broccoli works well)
  • 2 cups O'Brien potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • salt to taste
  • "Cheese" Sauce
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 2 cups vegetable broth, low sodium
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
Instructions
  1. Cook broccoli until slightly tender. Sprinkle lightly with salt.

  2. Pour potatoes in air fryer basket, sprinkle with garlic salt, and fry for 12 - 14 minutes, until lightly browned.

  3. Add the sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
