Berry Breakfast Bowl

Berry Breakfast Bowl

This Berry Breakfast Bowl has become one of my favorite breakfasts. I have it at least twice a week. It's the type of breakfast that fills me up but doesn't leave me feeling sluggish.

I found this recipe on the Whole Food Plantbased Cooking Show and fell in love. I tweaked it slightly to fit my needs and I feel energized every time I eat it.

What I really love about this dish is knowing I'm filling my body with healthy antioxidants and fiber. It's extremely nutritious and contains several vitamins and minerals. It's a great way to start your day.
